Gender-Conscious Youth Work Toolkit

This toolkit equips youth organisations with strategies to prevent and respond to discrimination, gender-based violence, and sexual harassment in youth programmes.

It provides clear guidance for creating a culture of inclusion that drives meaningful change over time and supports both young people and youth workers.

It was developed as part of the Erasmus+ "Gender Conscious Youth Work" project.
