Resillyence

Resilience without reflection is just survival.

Resillyence is a reflective podcast exploring resilience as a deeply human process. Today, resilience is often framed as the ability to push through challenges without pause. Authentic resilience, though, is the ability to pause and reflect, to feel and understand what our experiences are teaching us.

Through personal reflections and conversations, the podcast explores moments of uncertainty, failure, change, and growth. What becomes possible when we pause, learn from experience, and move forward with awareness and intention? At its core, Resillyence reminds us what means to be human in how we live and work: stay curious, act with compassion, and choose paths that feel aligned to our values.

What Makes Us A Family?

What happens when the identities we were given no longer fit who we are becoming?

In this episode of #Resillyence, we explore identity and the many ways a family can be created, shaped, and redefined beyond traditional frameworks.

Starting our conversation from the identity of a "changemaker", together with Katerina Eriksen, we unpack how the labels we carry shape the way we see ourselves — and how they evolve (or break open) over time. From there, the conversation moves into deeper, often unspoken territories: egg donation, sperm donation, and chosen families, exploring what it means to create life and connection outside of conventional definitions.

Tune in to explore identity, relationships, and what it means to bring life into this world beyond conventional frameworks and a question to sit with:

— What does family mean when it is no longer defined by biology, but by connection, choice, and care?

Stories of Connection

What does a safe space truly mean?
How do we create environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported?

In this episode, we explore these questions through the learning experience of three changemakers, Katerina Eriksen, Arjunraj N. and Katerina Chantzi who co-created and co-facilitated an in-person workshop exploring different aspects of safety: in the physical body, in physical spaces, in group interactions, in the way we use language, and in the stories we tell.

Tune in to gain some insights about their experience, discover why safety is important in the spaces we create and how it manifests in the way we related with each other and with ourselves.
